Data we process
Account and contact data; billing and payment references; uploaded video, audio, images and text; generated scripts, transcripts, voices, subtitles and outputs; technical, security and usage logs; support communications; and consent records.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the contract, authenticate users, create AI outputs, process payments, maintain security, prevent abuse, meet legal duties and manage consent. Marketing messages are sent only where a valid consent or other lawful basis applies.
AI and service providers
Selected frames, audio and text may be sent to configured AI providers such as OpenAI to create analysis, transcription and speech. Payment data is handled through Mollie; hosting, email and rendering providers may also process data under contractual safeguards. Current configured processors: OpenAI — AI视觉分析、语音识别和配音; Mollie — 付款处理; 网站主机商 — 数据库和私有文件存储; SMTP邮件服务商 — 验证、账单和安全邮件; 独立FFmpeg处理器 — 视频渲染（启用时）.
International transfers
Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses are used.
Retention
Original uploads are normally deleted after 7 days and rendered outputs after 30 days, subject to plan settings, active jobs, security needs and legal retention. Billing and invoice records may be kept longer where accounting or tax law requires.
Your rights
Depending on the law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can export account data and request deletion in the privacy centre.
Automated decisions
The service uses automation to generate creative output, but it does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about users.
Security
We use access controls, private file delivery, encrypted secrets, logging and other proportionate measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children and third parties
The account holder must have legal capacity to use the service and must protect the rights of people appearing in uploaded media, including children.
