Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect your password. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your videos and permissions
You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, analyse, transcribe, transform and render it only to provide and secure the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for every person, voice, image, music, logo and other material in your upload. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
AI output and review
AI-generated descriptions, scripts, transcripts, translations and voices may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review output before publishing, especially names, factual claims, allergens, prices, legal statements and sensitive content.
Plans, payment and cancellation
Paid plans, limits, billing period, taxes and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Payments may be processed by Mollie. Stopping renewal does not normally remove access already paid for during the current period. Statutory withdrawal, refund and conformity rights remain available where applicable.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or temporarily limit the service for security, legal or technical reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the service or email.
Data and files
Original files are normally retained for up to 7 days and rendered outputs for up to 30 days unless a plan or setting states otherwise. Download important files promptly.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse, security risks or serious breach. You may request account deletion from the privacy centre. Some billing records may be retained when required by law.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by publishing unreviewed AI output, lack of rights in uploaded content, third-party platforms or events outside reasonable control.
